Engineered Trusses

An engineered roof system from Selkirk Truss is cost and time efficient, structurally strong, and offers more flexibility and versatility than conventional framing.  Roof trusses are custom made for each project and professionally engineered to local building codes.  All of Selkirk Truss' products are also accompanied by engineer-sealed documentation.

I-Beam Roof Rafters

Jager's JSI™ Joists are engineered structural joists which are a lightweight and cost effective solution to roof framing requirements.  They will not warp, twist, or shrink and provide a roof system that is rigid and uniform.  They are available in four different series and depths and can be cut to exact lengths or shipped in long lengths for field cutting.

High-performance LP SolidStart^® I-Joists are an alternative to wood joists.  They are stronger pound for pound, straighter, and more reliable than traditional lumber, with reduced moisture content for floors with fewer pops and squeaks.  They are available in a range of lengths, flange widths, and depths.

Roof Sheathings

Roof sheathing is available in plywood and oriented strand boards (OSBs).

Shingles

IKO's full line of quality asphalt roofing shingles, featuring either organic or fiberglass mats, are available in several popular styles and a variety of colors.

Malarkey Roofing Products' laminated fiberglass and architectural shingles and decorative ridge shingles are constructed using superior roofing asphalt and Malarkey’s exclusive fiberglass mat.  The 3M^™ granules that are used provide the highest degree of ultraviolet protection.  Malarkey's shingles are equipped with 30 to 50 year warranties and the SBS Modified shingles are class 4 impact resistant. 

Metal Roofing

Metal and steel roofing is durable, long lasting, low maintenance, and energy efficient.  It is also environmentally friendly and resistant to decay, discoloration, mildew, wind, water, snow, and ice.  A wide range of choice in metal roofing is available in a selection of colors, profiles, and gauges.
